We are a UK company so our main pricing is in pound sterling (GBP). All prices include VAT at 20.0%. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time without notice before you place an order. With such a large catalogue of items in our database it is inevitable that from time to time there will be errors in pricing caused either by our mistake or by errors in the data sent to us by manufacturers and publishers. If this means that your order would cost more than anticipated we will check with you by email before processing your order. If the price increase is small, we may at our discretion decide to absorb the increase ourselves.
EURO pricing. This website features a "Currencies" option for you AS A GUIDE ONLY. We can only invoice in GB Pounds. This may vary slightly to the EURO price shown depending on the daily exchange rate, your credit card bankers exchange rate and any charges that your credit card company may charge for GBP transactions on the day that the card is charged. Our GBP prices will always be the price you are charged so it is adviseable to select GBP and contact your credit card company for an exact EURO equivalent price.
Export:
For deliveries to EU countries VAT has been included in the price so you should not have to pay any extra Sales Tax / VAT taxes when you receive your goods. For USA and countries outside of the EU we can deduct the VAT. Please contact us for a quote.

Ordering
We can accept an order by the following methods:
Online - just click Buy Now. We will notify you when we have checked it over carefully (by human) and will send you confirmation by email or phone.
Phone - we can accept telephone orders in the same way. Call us on 01202 718886 with your credit card details. We will then let you know if we can accept your order and advise on delivery.
Mail - write to us (details below) with your request and we will reply promptly with price and delivery details. Payment
Payment by credit card - we use Paypal to process online payments. You do not have to have a Paypal account just submit your details as required. If you have a Paypal account already just login as normal and follow the instructions. You will be notified with 24 Hours of the status of your order and delivery timescale.
Payment by cheque - the goods will not be despatched until we have cleared your cheque. This usually takes 7 - 10 working days from when we receive the cheque. Title to Goods
Guitar Mania retains full title to all goods supplied until paid for in full. In the event of the customer's insolvency Guitar Mania reserves the right to reclaim goods for which full payment has not been made.

WEEE Regulations:
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Much of the UK�s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
What is Guitar Mania doing to comply to WEEE regulations ?
Guitar Mania is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new electric guitar from us we would accept their old electric guitar and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol.
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
